Gemma is an Accountant and has been in public practice since her career began in 2006.

She is the director of Heaney Business Group an Accounting firm in Rockingham WA. Gemma works in the not for profit space and currently sits on 2 other boards.

Gemma's husband and son are Dyslexic and she is passionate about advocating for change in Australia’s education system.
